The New England Conservatorium is governed by a Board of Management. Its membership consists of representatives from the local community, the Armidale Symphony Orchestra, the Armidale Youth Orchestra, the Armidale Music Foundation, the Armidale Music Teachers Association and the Armidale Choral Society. The New England Conservatorium Board of Management is incorporated under the Associations Incorporations Act, 1984.
